New NYC apartments for sale: Spring 2019

See the new condos that will hit the market this season

Spring is just around the corner, which can only mean one thing: New York City’s real estate market is about to pick up, and quickly.

And of course, that can only mean one thing for real estate gawkers: it’s time to look at the many, many, many apartments that will be hitting the market in the next few months. Across approximately 30 developments, there are starchitect-designed buildings and apartments in some of the city’s most anticipated megaprojects, along with under-the-radar outer-borough projects and”affordable” apartments.

7. The Park Loggia

At the corner of Broadway and West 61st Street, a just few blocks north of Columbus Circle, this 32-story tower will bring 172 apartments to the Upper West Side. The condos here come in studio through four-bedroom variants with prices ranging fro $1 million to over $10 million. The SOM-designed skyscraper will feature 20,000square feet of amenities, including a cafe, a game room, a theater, music performance spaces, a fitness center, and a children’s playroom. Sales at the Park Loggia are set to get underway this spring through Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The condo replaced the American Bible Society Building, which stood at the site for 49 years.
